Hi Community
As per the subject line - my Photoshop subscription only works on my iPad and not desktop, web or mobile. When I try to access it via the desktop app or web, it says that I need a subscription...which I have. I purchased Photoshop for iPad on my iPad and the subscription is advertised as being able to be accessed in the other ways above. I used to be able to access it via the web on my PC but that stopped around 6 months ago and it started telling me that I needed a subscription.
Any ideas much appreciated.

Further to my post above, heres the subscription details from the Adobe website (snip below) that clearly states that all devices are included in a $29.99 subscription, which is what I have...I purchased it on my iPad as an Apple subscription so perhaps thats a factor. Regardless, it wouldn't be fair to have to pay twice, just because of how Adobe recieves my subscription payments. Anyone else have this problem? If not, I'll need to try to get in touch with Adobe. Any thoughts appreciated.
