Beim transformieren eines ungerasterten Textes, z.B. Ecke fassen zum skalieren o. vergrößern, vergrößert sich der Textrahmen und man muss erneut den Rahmen greifen um Änderungen vorzunehmen, sehr mühsam und verschlechterung des Arbeitsflusses. Bitte im Korrektur. Vielen Dank

Can you post a video of the issue you are seeing?

Two things to try: 

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

If that doesn't work - Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
