I noticed that my last post was not that well described and so far no solution was found.
So my problem is the following in the middle of working my photoshop stops working. For example when I use the stamp tool I will no longer see the stamp tool but only the cursor although I did not change anything or hit a key. I can no longer scroll, zoom in and out etc. Luckily I can still save.
I noticed also that my magnifier works not always correctly. When I pull an are (no dynamic zoom) the picture will not be zoom in on the selected area, the picture is jumping.
I have the feeling that this happens mostly when I move withing the picture with the hand tool. (holding space)
My system worked always well. Now that I had to go for a new system, I struggle with those issues.
I have also deinstalled and installed newly but still the problems are remaining.
My System:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
32 GB Ram. (approx. 80% given to PS for working)
Nvidia GTX 960
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1 TB (more than 700 GB free)
Windows 10 with latest updates
Photoshop in CC subscription also on latest version.
Using a Wacom Intous Pro M
