Hi @Deleted User ,
I see that your graphics card has 1024Gb of RAM. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/quadro-2000.c900
Can you confirm that this is correct?
Photoshop wants a minimum of 2Gb of GPU memory or it disables GPU features. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html
Hope that helps

Same problem with mine. NVIDIA quadro 2000M with 2GB dedicated video memory.

Your Quadro 2000 M is well below the minimum requirements for current Photoshop.
Besides VRAM, your GPU clocks in at less than 400 ops/second. The minimum is at least 2,000.
It also does not support DirectX12 which means there is nothing you can do for updating the drivers for this card.
You'll need to upgrade your graphics card or have issues with current (post 2020) versions of Photoshop.

I also saw you had two graphics cards listed - PS cannot utilize both. You can try to deactivate one of them to resolve the detection issue.

Thank you for the quick reply Kevin.
DirectX12 seems to be fine in "dxdiag", but I agree that it is quite an old graphics card.
I'm not sure though if there's a significant incremental improvement from V2.3 to V2.4 that would cause this issue.
I reverted back to V2.3 and it worked fine.

... sorry for the low resolution on the screeen grabs...
Correction... I had to go all the way back to v 22.3. 🙂

Im glad you were able to go back to a version that support this.
With a GPU this old (11 years) there comes a breaking point where you have to decide if you want to keep your PS on a supported version that works or upgrade your Graphics Card.

It may be a driver issue - PS is detecting that your driver is over 4 years old.
There are newer driver updates available. When is the last time you updated your drivers?
