Photoshop update 22.5.9 not showing up for users on big Sur

Hello All,

Photoshop update 22.5.9 not showing up for users on Big Sur. Is this a known issue? User in on a 2014 iMac and does not want to update to Monterey. 

Any insight would be appreciated

Thanks for reaching out. 

Where are you checking for the updates? Can you please share your system info's first 12-15 lines (Help> System Info)?

Have you tried re-logging in?

The minimum operating system requirement for Photoshop 2021 (version 22.X) is macOS Mojave (version 10.14) or later, and for Photoshop 2022 (version 23.X) is macOS Catalina (version 10.15) or later.
