Photoshop Update needs an update

My layers are not behaving correctly in my gui, I cannont see my edits in real time. When I export and look at my preview that is when I can see what edit has been made and this is the least efficient way for me to create or edit.

There is a smaller version of my layer that appear along with the transform handles. 

Please fix ASAP

Hi, could you post a screenshot of the issue. You are well talking about Photoshop 2022?

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
