Photoshop updated today. When I click on the Windows 10 desktop shortcut, it gives me the error "The item this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work"

I can't even click on the shortcut to get to properties

Windows 10.0.19043 Build 19043

Lr shortcut says the same thing

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

The old shortcut pointed to the old version that is no longer installed.

You need to make a new shortcut to the new version. You'll find it in the Windows start menu. Right-click and either pin to taskbar or create new shortcut.
