Photoshop v23 Performance issue on MacPro2019 macOS Catalina

Hi there,

I have big preformance issue in Photoshop 23. with GPU acceleration on and off.

Navigating in an Image is nealy impossible. Its cluncy and non responsive.

Waht Cab I do? can't update do Big Sur or Monatary.

MacPro 2019/W5700X/Vega II Duo / 48GB Ram 

need help, I need to work. Same issue Photoshop v22.
