Photoshop v24.4.1 does not start on my secondary screen., while working ok on my main screen.

I am on Windows 10 22H2 (family)

Hi CoryShubert,

Thanks for your support.
I didn't need as meanwhile I got two Windows updates (KB5025367 &
KB5025297) and when I tried after, it worked.
Not sure there is a link between, but problem disappeared.

Thanks again for your quick reaction,
Best regards,
phfsly

Hi @phfsly

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
