I saw the captioned update in the creative cloud but it comes with "Not Compatible". New release of Bridge is also not compatible.
My config is:
Win 10 Home
16GB Ram
i7-3770K CPU
Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB
I have just renewed my subscription and have never read any news about hardware requirement changes.
Any input?

Missing AVX2 support. 😞

@josantgomez AVX2 is related to the CPU and not the GPU

Por cierto, en cuanto a Bridge, a mi me parece que aparecían dos versiones de posible descarga. No una sola.

Your computer also will not be compatible with Windows 11, and Windows 10 support ends in a year. Time to think about a newer computer.

You can get WIN 11 with the OP equipment . But it's absurd to think about investing when you have a perfectly capable computer, due to Adobe's lack of consideration and its marketing/software design policies. It's not the first time that this kind of thing happens, such as the serious incompatibilities that suddenly arose with GPUs, years ago. These incompatibilities included GPUs that were new (at that time).

That CPU is WAY too old to be supported by Windows 11.

(Rudeness removed by moderator) New capabilities often require new hardware. That's just reality.

maybe you can keep quiet. You're not being helpful by being "so smart"

Seems I could get a slower less potent processor that supports AVX2:

I checked the options that my motherboard allows (thinking of a cheap upgrade), but, even including "extreme" processors, more powerful than mine, they are all from the AVX generation. AVX2 started a year after what I have in my PC and it has nothing to do with power obviously, but with the change of technology. So, any change, for me, would mean changing the processor and MoBo, probably also RAM.

Probably powersupply and case too, and why bother with old SATA devices when there are faster new options available, old PCI cards? Probably not much luck on newer mainboards, so hopefully there are USB replacments.

Well, 4 years ago I made some upgrades to the original configuration: a much more powerful power supply and a more powerful GPU, as well as SSDs and HDDs with higher capacity (Sure, on the front of the case, I only have USB3 inputs, no USB-C, etc.). But I have no need to increase the processor power and I have the maximum RAM that my MoBo allows, so I work without any problem for my professional requirements.
For me, the race imposed by corporations that gradually release new technologies with the aim of having your computer considered obsolete from time to time and wanting to, by imitation of the herd, induced by marketing, renew it, makes no sense. For these 12 years, my PC has been perfectly capable of adequately carrying out all the tasks imposed on it.

Mine is fine too, sure the 600MB/s SATA III limit is a bit oldschool, but it's still what I would call "fast". Could do 64GB RAM instead of 32GB but I did not want to remove the CPU cooler to get access. GeForce RTX 3090 24GB is AI de-noising those 45MP raws really fast.

I'm having the same problem. I just tried and I'm just a few days away from having to renew my Adobe Photography account.
I think it's very bad policy to leave out a significant number of users. I'm not willing to spend $3000 again to renew my desktop because Adobe is inconsiderate. My computer is still perfectly capable of running all the programs I use, including architectural modeling.
I hope they find a way to fix this, otherwise I'll suspend my subscription.

Who spends $3000? Don't exaggerate, you can get a new computer that runs Photoshop well for around $1000.

So you propose to buy a cheap machine to run PS and keep the older one for the rest? Sounds impracitcal.

No, I propose that if you want to run professional software, you need to keep your computer up to date.

The rest of the professional software runs fine and I wont get a professional computer for just 1000$.

I suggest you be respectful or keep quiet. Photoshop is not the only thing I run on my computer.

Me too no AVX2 on my otherwise capable machine.
No photoshop updates for me anymore. No advanced Firefly updates.
Are there any ways around it, besides investing thousands of euros and many days of setting up a new OS?
Will Lightroom be the next not to update? Can I get my money back?

I brought yesterday the case to Adobe support and so far they have been of no help. Despite being given all the details, from the processor, motherboard, GPU, RAM, so far they have only given me an absurd, non-technical answer, which only refers to saying since when AVX2 exists, which we already know, but they do not give any answer to the problem itself.
p.s. In my case, I am just a few days away from my subscription renewal date.

Video Editing stopped working for a while now because of AVX2 maybe they just wanted to get rid of the people asking whats going on. I'm still hoping for a workaround.
