Photoshop version 25.12.x to download (Win10)

Hi, is there any way to download Photoshop version 25.12.x (Win10)? This version is crucial for me because of the Noise Reduction feature. I received version 25.0 from Adobe Support along with the information that I can ask about a possible update on this forum.

From within Photoshop did you try Help>Updates?

What specific Noise Reduction feature are you referring to that isn't in or is different in newer Photoshop versions?

1. When try to update as you mentioned, in fact it routed me on CC, but there is no path to update to newest version 25 (or any others 25.x).
2. Neural Filter > Photo Restoration > Adjustments > Noise Reduction. Work on 25, but no 26, 27 ("temporary disabled"). Value of 35-45 give shiny and crispy look of raw photo of f.e. jewelery.

One reason this version of Photoshop may not show for you is that your system does not meet the requirements. Can you check here?
