@Gregory37545066eon8 Try resetting Photoshop. Hold shift+opt+cmd at startup before the splash screen appears. It will ask if you want to reset.
If you can open PS - go to help menu/system info and copy/paste the report in a reply.

How much free HD space do you have? What Mac computer are you running on?

I have plenty of free space, over 80GB. I'm using a MacBook Pro with a 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, and two graphics cards: AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4GB and Intel UHD Graphics 630 1.5GB. Running on Sonoma 14.3.1. Never had any problems before, and everything was working fine a week ago. Now it just won't start, and even reinstalling previous versions didn't help. Lightroom starts up just fine, though.

80 GB is ok but my recommended minimum is 100 GB when it comes to PS. Launching the software alone can use ~20GB HD space.
On your laptop go to Battery settings and make sure its set to high performance so it wont auto switch to the Intel UHD.
Id have you run the Creative Cloud cleaner tool but that would adversely affect your LR.
