@Chin Kai30760823uoha I just followed your steps, and I'm not able to reproduce the issue you described, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Photoshop version 25.7 crashes even after reset
The following computer configuration crashes when using Photoshop version 25.7:
CPU type: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
Motherboard name: Gigabyte B650M Aorus Elite
System memory: ADATA XPG Lancer DDR5 6000 32GBx2
I tested Photoshop 25.7 on another computer several times and did not encounter any crashes. The configuration of that computer is as follows:
CPU type: Intel Core i3-10105
Motherboard name: Asus Prime B560M-K
System memory: 16G DDR4 SDRAM x2
Is it possible that the latest version of Photoshop only crashes on AMD platforms?
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

There have been reports of issues with AMD processors recently. Microsoft Edge WebView2 has nothing to do with image processing, its used in places like the home screen to render HTML views.
