Keeping videos private isn't that useful. That aside it simply sounds liek you need to check your hardware acceleration settings and update the graphics driver. This is the most common issue with tools that use overlay previews. Of course it could also realte to color management or tool settings. Either way, you have to unlock the videos and/ or provide screenshots here on this forum.

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Performance). Any better?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC display profile; the old one might be corrupted. If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix, not LUT profile, Version 2, not Version 4 profile.

Disabling of graphics processor did not help, on the contrary, slowed down the program
Tried different ICC profiles, did not help
Also updated graphical driver to nvidia studio, did not help
noticed that in the pictures from the Internet such effect is either very small, or there is no, my picture is made on the camera phone
I mean, the monitor was fine, checking the results on the phone
let’s say the object is darkened when moving up and lighted down
if the original picture (background) is flipped vertically, and the object is left in the same place, then now when you move up it will lighten, and down - to darken

The videos seem to confirm what I and the digital dog suspected. You likely have hardware acceleration issues, possibly in conjunction with color management issues. So do as we both already recommended - check the graphics driver and settings in PS as well as your color profiles.
