Photoshop Web - Unknown Error on Safari

Contributor ,
Jan 01, 2026 Jan 01, 2026

When I try to do anyting in Photoshop Web version, I get an Unknown Error,.  Be it even uploading a Nikon NEF file to edit or even trying the Harmonize feature.  Screnshot attached.

I've tried the same on a Windows 11 PC and Edge without issues.  Are these issues because Photoshop Web is still in beta for Safari?

Please don't suggest using Chrome (I don't trust Google), Firefox or MicroSlop Edge for the Mac.

@Flawless_Wizard15B9, did you try the Brave browser? Users claim Brave performs better on macOS machines than Safari because it uses less RAM, CPU, and memory due to its ad and tracker blocking capabilities. https://brave.com/download/

Click on the macOS link below the Windows button (the text might be a bit hard to see). Let us know how it goes!

No- not interested in using another browser just to get Photoshop Web to work correctly.

Does Adobe read/respond to these reports?

@Flawless_Wizard15B9, Adobe employees do read the forums and often respond. It appears Safari is still in beta mode for Photoshop Web. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/web/get-set-up/learn-the-basics/technical-requirements.html
