Photoshop web version has stopped working at all

I've been experimenting issues from a week ago. I couldn't change tool or layer, so I had to close the file and open again. Today october 22 I can't even start working. Layer miniatures look empty, and once I choose a tool it doesn't work on the image and everything looks frozen. I've even tried to work with a png file with no layers and it's the same problem, anyone knows if there is a general issue these days?
