Have new Mac pro with M1 chip and now Photoshop is not working, please help. Have already tried reinstalling but did not help.

When you state "not working" – can you explain a little more?
Any error messages, which (exact) version of Photoshop?
Photoshop does not start at all, no error message appears. Have the latest update on the Mac 12.5
Now after uninstalling and installing 8 times Photoshop (23.3) starts again.
The latest version of Photoshop is version 23.4.2.
