Photoshop will not reopen - have all updates installed

Help ... I have tried multiple time to open my Photoshop 2022 which I have reinstalled, I have restarted my computer (which is working fine otherwise)

I am on macOS Monterey which is up to date

I'm at a loss and need to get work done asap

have you tried to do a new installation of Adobe Photoshop? Try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
