Hi i hope someone can help as this issue is driving me nuts and nodoubt it is something i have done...saying that it saves for some images.
so i make round badges and for the 58mm size badges images need to be 7cm x 7cm circle for the overlapping part of the badge that gets crimped around the edges.
when i make my images and them in the circle i then resize the final image to 7cm x 7cm and set the resolution to 400 so i get a nice crisp image.
then when i print them i open a new page the size of A4 and usually just leave that resolution to 1000 as i just click on the template i made for something else (lowering the resolution does not fix the issue)
I then drag an drop my badge circles onto the A4 sheet and for some reason some of them drag and drop to the correct 7cm size but others fill the A4 paper and are huge.
when i then open these images seperate in photoshop and recheck the size they are back to being about 38cm and 72 resolution. i then change back to 7cm and 400 and save and also even export it again as my usual PNG choice.
but again these same ones open up big as if photoshop is not saving my resize options.
can anyone else as it does it for some but not others

a slight update in the resize option menu i have always had resample clicked but then preserve 2.0 i changed this to automatic and those problem images are not right size...but can anyone explain why the other images were fine with preserve 2.0 as i always found having this selected made some images look better when resizing
