Photoshop won open in full screen

I am using Photoshop version 23.4.2 ( in Windows 10)

Automatic updates done : latest on 2nd August 2022.

Since then Photoshop is not opening in full screen.

Derek, I think you didn't notice that @narayanank25859633 is using Windows. The Application frame is Mac-only.

It look like your issue is that the options bar is sitting on top of your menu bar. Can you either move the options bar or reset your workspace?

Yeah. 

I have tried that. But that dint work. 

As a trial and error method, I reset essentials key. 

Luckily it has come to the full screen. 

Also I closed the screen and opened an image with Photoshop again..

Now it's opening in full screen.

I really appreciate your assistance.
