Photoshop won't boot: "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a disk error"

I have uninstall and install a previous version and the same error...  Win 10

Anyone had this error?

Thanks for the reply. I found the issue. It was my swapfile that was too
small. I increased it and PS is working just fine.

I can't open- run Photoshop. It will crash with this error during startup.

Other Adobe programs work ok.

Windows 10 pro.

Photoshop 22.4.2

Any ideas?

Small update. I install an older photoshop version (v21.2.9) and it's working perfectly. But the new one still crashing on startup with the same error.
