i am using a mac, Mac OS Monterey to be exact, I have just bought the Adobe photographer kit with photoshop and Lightroom. Once bought, I was told to download it via " Photoshop installer" or Light room installer" but it wont open, its just their, the icon wont open. its the same for the "creative cloud installer".

What do I do ?

First install the Creative Cloud app, then install Photoshop and Lightroom from Creative Cloud. Details here:

If you get errors, show a screenshot.

You went through the proper channels, correct? The Photoshop and Lightroom plan is called the "Photography Plan," available here:

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html

You should use the Creative Cloud Desktop app to manage your apps. Direct download:

hi thank you for you're concern.

I first bought the plan, then first dowloaded the Photoshop plan through Safari. It then gave me the "photoshop installer" app, once I clicked, it asked if I was sure I wanted to open, I confirmed but i ended up with nothing, nothing else popped up. I went back to the icon and it wouldn't budge to open. same thing for the Creative Cloud, same process, nothing. I don't understand and a bit frustrated.

I thank you for you're concern.

So you don't get beyond just getting any of the apps installed?

Do any of the steps here help?
