I don't know why, but Photoshop simply won't launch now. I tried launching in 2025 and in beta, but nothing happens. I'm running Windows 11 Home on a PC. Need this resolved asap please.

Does Photoshop formerly works? What has happenend or what has been changes on your system before the error occur?

Do you install any updates, patches or so on?

In a first step try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#backup-photoshop-preferences

If this doesn't help I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.

Please follow the steps below:

If you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 23H2 -- LR-Classic 14 - Photoshop 26 - Nik Collection 7 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz PhotoAI 3

Another poster had this exact problem just recently, and it turned out he hadn't rebooted in weeks. One reboot and it was all fixed.

Yes, something is wrong when that happens, most likely the process is already running. If a reboot doesn't fix it, uninstall/reinstall.

Having a beta installed along the production version is always risky. A beta is in itself risky; that's why it's a beta. Its sole purpose is for exposing and reporting bugs. It's not supposed to be a stable version. So as I say to everyone - if you don't specifically need the beta for testing or other purposes, don't install it.
