Photoshop won't open nor let me uninstall it

Photoshop will not opennor let me uninstall it to reload it says developer has not updated this yet. Any work arounds? What to do? Macbook pro mid 2015 but according to adobe it should work fine.

Photoshop CC 2015 is not longer supported and there are not updates available.

Dang, thanks. It wasn't loading so I upgraded to Monterey.
So what now? Uninstall but can't use photoshop?
