This is an issue for me as well. I recently refreshed my PC, installed the most up to date latest version of Windows 11 Pro 24H2. I can't even download photoshop at all now, the webpage just keeps saying my OS isn't supported.

There has been an issue with Opera where it tries to download a DMG (for macOS) to a Windows computer. Is this your issue? If so, try another browser.

Hi @steven_9633,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Do you see any error messages when trying to download the app?

You can refer to the given help article to check for available steps: Fix download, install, or update errors for your Adobe apps

Let me know if this helps.

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me. So, I'm unable to even download any app, so unfortunately there's no error code. I think the website detects i'm on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and doesn't let me download. It thinks my computer isn't capable of running it but it certainly is and has been until the latest update. Some screenshots below of the webpage messages and my specs

Hey, @steven_9633. I'll help you with this. Your machine meets & exceeds the system requirements.

Instead of using the browser, or web page, try installing the Creative Cloud desktop app directly: https://adobe.ly/3Z4RhBs

Follow the steps here if you need help with setting up the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://adobe.ly/4fKfwdA

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Thanks all for the help, I got it working in Google Chrome. It turns out it was Opera after all as suggested above. Specifically Opera One (version: 116.0.5351.0):

Update stream:developer
System:Windows 11 64-bit
Chromium version:130.0.6710.0

24H2 has a lot of issues with third-party apps. Just roll back to 23H2 and wait the bugs to be fixed.

Hi @steven_9633

I'm glad switching to another browser solved your issue. We've seen this issue reported several times with Opera as the culprit.

I had the same problem using Opera. I downloaded Photoshop with Microsoft Edge, and it worked.
