This is an issue for me as well. I recently refreshed my PC, installed the most up to date latest version of Windows 11 Pro 24H2. I can't even download photoshop at all now, the webpage just keeps saying my OS isn't supported.

There has been an issue with Opera where it tries to download a DMG (for macOS) to a Windows computer. Is this your issue? If so, try another browser.

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me. So, I'm unable to even download any app, so unfortunately there's no error code. I think the website detects i'm on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and doesn't let me download. It thinks my computer isn't capable of running it but it certainly is and has been until the latest update. Thanks all for the help, I got it working in Google Chrome. It turns out it was Opera after all as suggested above. Specifically Opera One (version: 116.0.5351.0):

I had the same problem using Opera. I downloaded Photoshop with Microsoft Edge, and it worked.
