I have uninstalled and reinstalled PS multiple times, also creative cloud. I have updated Ventura to the current version. When pressed, Photoshop icon bobs up & down, screan graphic appears and then disapears.
I have also uninstalled LRC, Adobe Bridge & LR the reinstalled them all via Creative Cloud. Nothing seems to work to activate Photoshop. Any suggestions, non techie, please. Thank you

Can you check to see if it's the icon in your Dock that is not working? It may be looking for the previous version and not finding it. Try to launch Photoshop 2023 from Spotlight or the Applications folder. Does that work?

Hi @Photodojo try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall all Adobe software then reinstall the CC desktop app and install PS.

Offhand - what version Mac are you running and how much free HD space do you have on your main HD?

Hi, I downloaded CC Cleaner, went through the procedures, all cleaned.
Downloaded Creative cloud, PS, LRC, LR & Bridge.
Everything works except Photoshop.
Thank you, The process was less painless than I thought but still no joy.

@Photodojo since we cant open Photoshop - we'll have to go through this manually. What do you have for:
OS version
RAM (total)
HD space available C: drive
Graphics card(s) include all if more than one and VRAM and driver age.

Hi @Photodojo are you running a 2017 iMac?
Try resetting your Photoshop preferences manually.
Note: Reinstalling does not automatically reset them so you could be installing over bad preference files:

Yes 2017 iMac
Preferences did not work.
I had Adobe working on my problem remotely today, for just over an hour.
They could not fix my problem. They are coming back Thursday, hopefully with more success.
Thank you for all your help.

Hi Alan,
Are you able to install previous versions without issue?
If so, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Hi @Photodojo I noticed you had two identical posts running. I've merged them here. Please refrain from making multiple posts for the same issue.
