I am new to phoroshop kindly guide me where i am wrong ,When i am colouring to the selected area , I choose colour and colour it but it is colouring outside the selected.

As far as I see on your screenshots you've selected all, excluded only the face. 

You have to check your selection.

Look around the outside edge for more selection lines. You have selected all and left a hole. Select > Inverse is your friend.
