1. I have an error in photoshop. How to download it?

2. You created some plans to buy adobe Creative cloud. You have many services and they are amazing but your trial is paid. I need to buy a plan and only then I can to use free trial. It exists to try the services for free. It isn't honest.

Which version of Windows do you use?

Which type of error do you have und do you get an error message?
