Photoshop is asking for direct x feature level 12 it says i have level 11 available ?
I am only basic tech savy.

Graphics card Nivida GE force GTX 745 4gb ddr3 Driver is game ready version 536.67 dated 18/07 2023
and i have added 32gb ddr ram and ssd hard drives i have put in myself.
Do i have to have a diferent graphics card or is it the drivers the problem or is this needed for basic use of photoshop or will it stop some features?
Any help appreciated and how do i get some training on L room and photoshop.

It means your graphics card does not support the features in Direct X 12 which are used by Photoshop. It is a limitation of your GPU card itself, which supports only feature level 11. A driver update will not resolve that.
You will still be able to use Photoshop's basic functions, but may have to go to Preferences > Technology Previews > Older GPU mode (pre 2016) and check that to avoid other display issues.
To use Photoshop's full functionality will require an up to date GPU that supports Direct X 12 features.

The recommendation is to use NVidia's Studio driver. That is not a separate card, but simply a driver that is tested for creative applications. Those Studio drivers are released less frequently, by NVidia, than their Game Ready drivers but tend to be more reliable for Creative Cloud applications.

If you planed to upgrade your graphic card you have also an eye to the power supply of the computer. Newer graphic card need more power as the old cards.
I don't know about the specs of you PC but a 550W power supply (minimum) is recommended. It depends on the other components that build in you PC.
Here you'll find some power calculator sites:

You also have to check if your mainboard supports the newer types of graphic cards. Newer cards require a PCIe x16 Version 4.0 slot.
