I can't connect to Adobe creative cloud from photoshop. It works fine on the second computer. Thank you for the advice.

Please try to deactivate all security programs (like virus protect, internet security etc. ) and then check again.

Have you check your HOSTS file. See Solution 2 in the linked document:

You can also try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

What does you exactly mean? What do you try to do? 

Please describe more detailed.

Do you have looed out and relogin in the Adobe Creative Cloud Client?

Do you have restart your computer?

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message word-by-word.

 

Do you only try to deactivate the firewall?

I am signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud. Computer restarted several times. No error message is displayed. Photoshop functions normally except for generative fill and Neural filters. I have Photoshop installed
on the other computer where everything works as it should. I have the same antivirus installed on it as on the first computer (Bitdefender).
