Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?   If you still get a crash, go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

First recommend is worked thank you so much! Could you tell me what was the problem? What does that preference do? Or is there any link to look for it? Thank you again!

Your card doesn't support native OS graphics accelleration. The checkbox makes Photoshop use the old OpenGL api. You probably need to upgrade your graphics card so it's fully compatibile with the latest version of Photoshop.

@ilkim5FB0 , if you can send us the info in Photoshop > Help > System Info, we can look at your card and confirm whether it's too old or whether we have a fixable issue on our hands.
