Photshop files opening differently

This is a relatively small issue, but I'd like to see if it's fixable.
Since the latest update (v22.5) for Mac, my Photoshop files are opening as partial, scrollable screens instead of showing the full image when opened. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Have you tried resetting your preferences?

Go to preferences/General and click "Reset preferences on Quit" then quit PS and relaunch.

Thanks. Yes, I reset preferences. That didn't resolve the issue, unfortunately.
