Pinch to Zoom in Photoshop never recognises pinch to zoom

Pinch to Zoom in Photoshop never recognises pinch to zoom. It always works on other apps like Paint.
I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps (like toggling "Enable Gestures" or resetting preferences) that I could find via LLM's

Hey, sorry about the delay in responding! Are you still experiencing this behavior? If yes, please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can either paste the text here as a reply or in a text file and share the file with us.

Also, try updating Photoshop to the latest version to check if that makes a difference.
