Pixelated drop shadows, exporting as save for web, compressed zip file, still not working.

Hey there. I have this recurring issue where if i upload a specific graphic work to instagram, the drop shadows on the text in the image pixelate. Almost only the drop shadows.  In the live document the layer style looks gorgeous. If i convert to JPEG it looks gorgeous. If i text it via drag and drop in iMessage it looks gorgeous. I export/save for web legacy at 100% and attached the file in a compressed zip folder, and when it was uploaded, still pixels. How can I keep my graphics from pixelating like this when uploading? Is the only answer working in vector based programs?
