Pixelated images and text.

This is an issure ive only have for the last couple days but when i drag a cut out image over to another document it is appearing pixelated. i havent messsed around with any settings to cause this to happen its just random started happening.

Also even when i type on a different document its coming out as very pixelated and blurry. I am not zoomed in or anything cause even when i do zoom in i can see how pixelated it really is.

The one witht he text i saved as a JPEG and the quality was fine. What have i done wrong on photoshop for it to appear the way it does because then when i added it to the main thing im working on and save that as a JPEG it is then pixelated?!

@smt1 your document size is TINY.

You are zoomed in at 200+% on a 308 px x 362 px document at 72 ppi.

Everything is going to look "pixelated" at this size.

@smt1 are you new to Photoshop? (not being facetious asking seriously). You can change your image size by going to Image Menu>Image Size.

But just to be clear - you can't make a small image bigger. You have to start fresh with more pixels.
