What happens if you move the logo to the first item in the Layers panel?

OK I have found the issue. Vanishing point should be outside the folding point. Video also uploaded

It is very difficult to precisely locate the proper corner point because when I did second time from scratch it did not come.

Vanishing Point do not recognize image perspective. You create it manually. You can also do CTRL+Drag for creating second perspective grid and then locate ir correctly from "Angle" that is located on top bar of Vanishing Point.
