Please Help I can’t save PDF presentation

1) unable to open file for writing.  It may be locked or unavailable

followed by

2) Cannot complete your request because of program error

followed by 

3)PDF presentaiton could not be created.

• Where are you trying to save the file (e.g., local drive, external drive, network location, or cloud)?

• Does this happen with all presentations or just specific files?

• Could you also share a screenshot of the error messages you’re seeing?
