Hello! I am trying to edit a high quality image but my computer is quite old and Photoshop keeps crashing. Can someone help me by applying a "digital art" effect to the photo from the link below without changing its original quality, please? I would like it to look less "grainy" and more like a digital painting.
The focus of this forum is to advise other users so they can help themselves, not to do the work for them. You might try the Oil Paint filter. Make a Smart Object first, then Filter > Stylize > Oil Paint and adjust the settings.
