Please tell me there is a fix for the constant screen flickering in photoshop.

The advice on how to disable settings or fixed this are not good enough.  I can't fix this and I have a business to run.  Is this not fixable on Adobe's end?

update your video card drivers and let us know if that fixes the flickering.

Photoshop has no way to influence screen brightness. This is always a function in the GPU driver, often modified by laptop manufacturers to vary with screen content. These modifications can misbehave in an application that uses the GPU for actual data processing (not just passive display).

You need to find the system setting to disable this function.

did you install ps v24.3?  if so, there are several other reports of the same thing.  ie, uninstall v24.3 and install a previous version until a solution is found.
