Pls help me to edit text in an image

I just got photoshop. I can't download since I have Chromebook. I can use the online photoshop and photoshop express. I can't see the option to edit text. I know that there is OCR however I can't find it. 
pls help me

I don’t think there is any text recognition in any desktop or mobile version of Photoshop. The only way to edit text by typing is if the text is already an independent type layer. If the image is flattened or only one pixel layer, the text is pixels and cannot be edited by typing.

Photoshop lacks effective OCR. (I suspect Edit > Match Font employs some rudimentary form of OCR at least, but not what you seem to be after.)

If you have a full CC License you could try Illustrator’s »Text to Vector Graphic (Beta)«-feature. 

Edit: Acrobat being another option. 

 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?
