According to their website, that plugin is compatible with Photoshop CC 2021 or later

If you're an Adobe Cloud member then you should have no issues using it.

That's right, if I install the new version of Tonality Mask v8 the answer "you don't have a plugin compatible app"
They say "there is probably some error in the Adobe suite or the plugin cloud CC manager. You should be responsible for installing the plugins.
What do I have to do?

According to your other post in this discussion, you're running Photoshop 22.5.8.

Try upgrading Photoshop to the current version 23.4.1.

There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
