Plug-In not appearing

I downloaded the Icons8 plug-in and I can't seem to access it in my plug-ins window. When I go to my "manage plugins" section, it appears there but the only thing I can do is click on it and it takes me to the original website to download the plugin -> https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.103891.icons8.html#

I've already tried reinstalling photoshop and the plug-in multiple times.

I have the most recent version of photoshop at the time of this post. I'm on Mac.
