How can install non-Creative Cloud plug-ins to PS 2022? Specifically, I need to know how to install Flaming Pear Flood II. All help is appreciated as none of the resolves offered on Wiki or other online resources seem to work.

I just installed it, I did get an error that one or more plug-ins failed to load, but it show up in the Filter Menu and opens fine

Thanks for the reply. I tried it again. It did install but only worked once. Ironically, after removing it, it still shows in the Filter menu. I am not sure if it is related, but a Water Reflection Action is now present that was not previously. I have used it and it seems to work well. Thanks again.
