When you download this PNG image and open it, the text to the right i.e. legend names receed into the background, I am not able to find a solution around it.

I'm not clear about your issue. I downloaded your PNG file and saved it as a JPG (attached) to see it on a white background.

Can you explain again what the problem is?

I need the PNG file transparrent as is, however the colour of the legend names just goes backside as though it receeded.

However, I have managed to change the colour altogether by recreating the similar text and matching the font and the issue is temporaraily resolved. Thankyou for your help!
