Hello, I have been having multiple performance issues running Photoshop. I experience multiple instances of lag such as moments of when I zoom in and out as well as when I'm just moving the mouse. It also lags when I use the brush too or stamp tool even though the smoothing is set to 0%. I also experience moments where Photoshop freezes for maybe 10 seconds or more. My computer specs can handle it I have a Ryzen 9 5900X, 3070 ti, and 32 GB of RAM so I don't know what the problem is.
