hello I'm a french student in graphic design and there is a few week, I had a huge problem. I wanted to clean my mac and I cut all the "caches preferences" files of my adobe application. Since this time, when I open my adobe application like photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator, the first page which contains all the elements to create a new document didn't displays on my screen.
I tried everything, I uninstalled all my application and my creative cloud too, but nothing has changed.
As you can see on my file, I have absolutely nothing on my screen.
Please someone have an idea for my problem ? I don't find anything on internet.
