Preview and editing view are different

Hello,

I downloaded a psd text effect and I am having trouble using it. When I open the project, it is appearing with the wrong background and looks faded out, when preview of the project (in homepage) looks just right! (see screenshots)

Also the exportation does not work, photoshop tells me to check the warnings. What does it mean? Can anyone help me with this issue ?

We need to see your Layers panel, not just the previews of the image. Resize the panel to make it tall and wide enough so that we can see all of it. Spin open any disclosure triangles. We may have more questions, but start there.
