Print a channel from a multichannel eps

I have a 8 channel eps file that I am trying to print just one specific channel to my Epson Artisan 1430. I only have that specific channel selected and with the eyeball turned on.  All other channels are turned off and eyeballs are also turned off but they print anyway. Any tips?

You probably want to use the split channels command then just print the one that needs to be output.
