Print is 1/4" too small on one side

Hi, I have an iPF 8400. I have the image size set to 18x24 and the paper size to 30"x30" yet it still comes out 1/4" too short. I don't know much about printing and would love any help available for this issue. Thank you in advance!

Next, investigate margin controls; if a "Borderless" or "No Margins" option is present, consider enabling it, though exercise caution with roll paper to prevent ink marks if the media isn't perfectly aligned. For page layout, while "Centering" helps position your image on the 30x30 paper, the critical step is to confirm that no automatic scaling or cropping is being applied. Finally, double-check your roll paper settings to verify the printer correctly recognizes a 30-inch roll.
