When I print the image comes out 8" wide no matter what I do. Any Ideas? Thanks

So it specifies 6 but prints 8? Check printer settings...
If you can't fix it, see:

@kevin_5212 are you wanting the entire white area 8" wide on the print?
What size media is in the printer?
it seems some unwanted scaling is occurring. IF you just want the partial CD image then why do you have the white surround? You can crop into the actual image and print at your desired size, centred on the media, if that’s what you're after, there is no reason, in this case, to have a white border in Photoshop that I can think of.
If you still need help, we need screenshots of the "print settings" dialog boxes please.
I hope this helps

Hi
If you click on print settings, which takes you to the print driver settings, do you see any scaling there?
